No. We operate with individual sessions (Personal) or very small groups (Semi-Personal) to ensure quality supervision and your safety.
For therapeutic results, we recommend 2-3 times a week. However, the program is adjusted to your time and capabilities.
Comfortable sportswear that allows freedom of movement. No shoes are needed, the lesson is done with socks.
